Britney Spears has released the artwork for her new album Circus, street date December 2nd, on her official web site. The saucy picture accompanies the first single, “Womanizer”, which is already on the charts. She’s revealed her second single will be the title track “Circus”. Circus is Britney’s 6th album. Can she be taken seriously enough to top the charts? “Womanizer” has hit number 1, and Simon Cowell’s confirmed Britney will appear on The X Factor in the UK to perform it, later this month. (source)

Determined to keep up with her sister in the controversry race, Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly pregnant again - at age 17 - and 3 months after the birth of her first child!

What’s more, she’s supposedly 2 months into the pregnancy. The mistake, it’s said, came about as a result of a misbelief that nursing a baby is a natural contraceptive…

The source, National Enquirer, further reports the family’s in a furor over the news, and urging the teen mom and celebrity for all the wrong reasons to further upset the masses by terminating the pregnancy.

(source) Britney Spears stole the show at the MTV’s VMAs last night. The star that was harshly criticized after her last performance at the 2007 VMAs, swept the show with 3 moonmen for Video of the Year, Best Pop Video and Best Female Video. These were her first VMA prizes.
“I’m speechless,” Spears said after accepting the Best Female Video award from actor Jamie Foxx. “Oh my goodness, thank you. This is an honor. I first want to thank God, first and foremost, for blessing me like this. My two beautiful boys for inspiring me every day and for my fans. Thank you very much.”

This years marked the 25th anniversary of the VMAs. In her sleek silver dress which highlighted her hard work in the gym as of late, she also said:

“Thank you so much. Thank you for all the love. I’m here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday, the 25th anniversary of the VMAs. This is the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards and it starts right now.”
